I live in West virginia. I'm 17 and so is my sons father. Is there a way he would have to pay child support. I've talked to him and he refuses to do anything for our child until he turns 18. I need the help now is there anything I can do?

Contact the govenment and ask for Welfare.. also, call CSEA and get them involved.
