My ex-husband has decided to terminate his legal rights to our two daughters. He went before a judge on May14,2002 and the judge agreed this should be done.
My question is he has yet to sign the papers and it has been one and a half months. Does he continue to pay support up until the time the papers are signed and filed or does it stop on the day the judge agreed (May 14, 2002)?
