OP, check your parenting plan. New Hampshire's standard parenting plan DOES have language regarding the clothing for children during parenting time and discusses both parent's responsibility to provide clothing during parenting time and the responsibility to RETURN it.

Perhaps I am reading it wrong but it seems like it says both are required to make sure the children have appropriate clothing for the time they are with the OTHER parent (ie mom sends it to dads, dad sends it to moms...) and the clothing is the property of the children. I dont see that it says mom doesnt have to send anything and doesnt have to wash it, or that dad has to buy his own stuff and has to wash it.
