I live in California, and my ex-wife has repeatly violated court order visitation. When I go and pick up my son he there is either no one there or she tells me that I am not allowed to have him. I have filed police reports and contempt charges I have filed with the Court have been thrown out on a technicalty. I have not seen my son for over two months and I do not know what to do now.
