Hi,
I have joint custody/guardianship of my son. I am trying to travel out of the country with him, and need a travel declaration from his father.
He will not give it, so I was told I had to serve him with a notice of intention to proceed, which I have done. Do I now have to wait 30 days, then file an application for a motion with the courts? How long will that take, and how long will I have to wait for it to be heard?

Thank-You,

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Sorry, but we only study United States law here.

Try these instead (I just googled, don't know them, aren't recommending, just providing info.)
