i have liberal visitation rights, but custodial parent refuses to adhere to court order. what can i do? ga resident.

Write her a letter and send it certified mail so she cant say she didnt get it...tell her you will be exercising your visitation rights according to the court order and if she denies your visitation you will ask the court to hold her in contempt!
Make sure you go to the police station and file a report about her denying the visit every single time that way when you go into court you have proof!
