The divorce decree states that, mom has custody of son monday thru thursday noon. Dad has custody of son thursday noon till sunday. Dad is being specific with times so noon is 12pm to him. He wants son at 12pm on the dot! So, if mom wants to pick up son at 1201 early monday morning, can she do it? What is the reasonable time mom can pick up son from dad on monday or can she pick son on a reasonable time on sunday night?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Actually the court order is SPECIFIC with times -- noon is 12 pm. What does it state regarding when mom's time begins? And really? Mom wants to play this game? Glad to know these parents are mature and thinking of the child.

Mom and dad has joint custody of son. Dad turned off his phone and mom tried calling dad all night and and all day to speak with son. When dad finally answer mom's call, he informed mom that she needs to limit her calls to her son when son is with dad. Can he do that, limit mom from talking to son when son is with dad?

Mom should NOT be trying to call dad all night and all day. Mom also does NOT need to speak to child daily when child is only with dad three days. That is ridiculous. Does the court order address phone calls?
