Hello,
My friend is here from Mexico without a visa. He and his ex-wife have been given custody rights. Mother full time. father weekend visitation w/o supervision.
Problem, mother has begun to use daughter as pawn in manipulation over father. Daughter very distraut. Doesn't want to go back with mom.
*What are his options because of his immigrant status?
