My sisters husband has taken the children ages 11 & 8 to his parents. He has filed a protection order in another county and she has not been allowed to see them. They did not serve her with anything. His mother filled out the order for him. He has a history of this and has been convicted of abusing his son. What do we do now? He also has 4 DUI's and now has the support of his familys money. We have a hearing date set, we are afraid that they will not overturn this order and get the kids back. My sister has little money as he is the main provider of the household.
