i live in va. i share joint legal custody of my nephew with is father. my sister has liberal visitation. the father has primary physical custody. my questions are as follows: what is liberal visitation the father wants 48 hour notice and will only allow 2 hour supervised visitation with him, she isn't allowed to take the child anywhere. also he is sueing her for child support and wants to change her visitation and has told his lawyer he has full physical custody and i am not being advised of any of his actions do i have a right to be involved. thanks for your help!
