What is the name of your state? New York

I posted my whole situation earlier this evening, but i have been unsuccessfully looking all over as well to find out what type, if any, of parental rights would a level 3 sex offender have. The reason he had to initially register was because he was charged and convicted of raping a minor (me being that minor at the time). and he is now in prison also for exchanging child pornography of a sadistic nature. the minimum time he will serve for this in federal prison is 7 years.
My daughter is now 3 will be 4 in november. he is the father. i have night mares sometimes with worry that he will have visitation when he does get out. what are his rights as far as this goes? and can he legally make any parental decisions as a sex offender and incarcerated. please somebody reply and help point me in the right direction for answers.
my email is [email protected] if anyone wants to email me directly.

You have certain grounds for TPR, file immediately.

LC-
N.Y. Dom. Rel. Law § 111-a (McKinney 1999); Okla. Stat. Ann. Tit. 10, § 7006-1.1 (1999) (stating that the court may terminate parental rights if the child was conceived as a result of rape);

Correct reply, wrong law. DRL§111 is for notice of adoption. Notice of TPRs would fall under SSL § 384-c, which, for all practical purposes, is worded the same, but applies to FCA Article 6 actions, i.e. TPRs.
