What is the name of your state? Florida

We moved to florida a few months ago to get away from some psycho grandparents. after we left, they filed for visitation in the PA courts. they didn't know where we were at so we were never notified of the hearing. they now have a PA order that says they are supposed to get visitation every weekend, christmas, summers, it just goes on and on. the order is dated July 6, we were served it by a florida court offical on July 21.

we ignored it because they are 1200 miles away and its an out of state order asking florida to enforce something that the florida supreme court itself deemed unconstitutional (grandparents visitation). that is until the grandparents showed up at our door monday. now we are in real fear for our childs safty, they have resorted to reporting us to child and youth services several times before during their visitation claiming abuse, one time they claimed sexual abuse and kept the kid for 91 days before the courts decided that the abuse never happened. We even lost complete custody to these psychos for 15 months because they were redneck cow tipping buddies with the judge (that's the only way to explain it). The state superior court gave us our kid back on appeal and bitch slapped the judge for writing such a ridiculous order.

we are terrified on whats going to happen. we have fought so long and hard, hell if this was the millitary we would have been both discharged with shell shock by now. what could happen to us **WHEN** we refuse to turn our son over for gpt visitation?
Thanks
Willie

Nothing is going to happen (as long as you stay out of PA). The gps can't enforce the order unless they take it to a Florida court and get it domesticated. There is a ton of case law in Florida on that issue that is in the parent's favor. Therefore if you get a decent attorney they won't be able to domesticate the order and Florida won't enforce it.

I can put you in touch with a group of people who can help you fight this. Some of them are Florida parents in your exact situation. Send me a private message if you are interested.
