What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
Is it legal for the judge that is assigned to a case to be the lawyer for one of the parties involved? wouldn't this be a conflict of interest?
In petitioning for a change to our custody order, it is continually being dismissed without a conference by the judge who happens to be the mother's lawyer. also curious if judge is allowed to inform mother that we submitted a petition before we were given opportunity to even serve the mother with the paperwork as the process dictates we must do by certified mail?
