I have full custody of my son (legal and custodial). A restraining order is in effect against my spouse due to domestic violence. Thus, my spouse has supervised visitation rights. This Saturday I am to drop off my son at 8:00 a.m. My son has a baseball game at 8:30 a.m. and my spouse refuses to take our son to his game. I enrolled my son in baseball and made the decision for him to participate. Can my spouse refuse to follow my direction by not taking our son to his game? If I drop off my son after his game (about 11:00 am) will I be in trouble.
