What is the name of your state? Texas
I was wondering, when can you request that the case be decided by a jury?
If the case has, more or less been been decided, that is, if the lawyers have grudgingly come to a tentative agreement, can a jury be requested to decide child support issues and legal fee's?
Just wondering...

No. Child support issues are decided according to statute. legal fees are also decided according to statute. Juries have no place in those.
