What is the name of your state? ny. i would like to know how my husband can go about getting his parental rights terminated of his 16 yr old son. we know we have to pay support but other than that we don't want anything to do with him for very important reasons. please don't judge and put rude comments i just need some direction. thank you

All he really needs to do is not exercise his visitation. Since he plans on paying support, I don't think anything else needs to be done.
