I am fighting the Department of Social Services for my kids and they are supposed to hopefully come home in July but today the guardian ad litem took pictures of my kids to show potential adoptive parents is that her job or the departments and is it legal for her to take pictures of my kids for any purpose other than documenting there status and for the record the reason i lost my kids was that my baby sitter was caught smoking a joint but i have passed every drug test from the beginning.

How do you know what the GAL was using the pictures for? As for being legal to take pictures, it is not illegal depending on the use. Have your attorney file a motion with the court to get her removed if you can prove that she is showing potential adoptive parents the pictures.
