I have sole parental responsibility of my 11 year old daughter. Her mother is taking me to court for custody. I have had sole parental custody of her since 1997. The mother is a convicted felon on felony probation and lives with her grandfather. She also has 2 other children which she does not have custody of. My job has relocated me just over the florida line into Georgia. I am thinking of moving to relocate. We have met with a Gaurdian Ad lidem and she says that there are different rules when moving out of state.
