What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

What can a parent do when the other parent refuse to communicate with the NCP? Parents recently went to court and the NCP won more time with child, CP is angry at the fact of having to release the child to NCP for more time. Now CP is refusing to have contact with NCP and is releasing the child through a 3rd party. NCP is wanting info reguard the child's doctor and schooling, CP is refusing to release this info or talk to NCP about anything. What can NCP do? This is an ugly battle

Thanks

what's stopping NCP from directly talking to the doctor and school themselves?
