Ok so I have a question about how to go about getting mediation. I have never had to do this but I think that it is probably a good idea in my current situation. I have another post on here regarding that if you would like the details but what I really want is an answer to this specific question.
When looking for mediation how do you go about getting that? Do you go to the courts and file the inital paperwork for allocation of parental resp. and then request a mediator to help figure out the visitation schedule and decision making etc. or is it something that is ordered by the courts? Just not sure of the process. Any information on how to go about this would be helpful. Thanks!
