how to find help???

What is the name of your state? texas

ok i will try and sum this up as short as i can,my exhusband has custody of my daughter has had custody sense she was 7 she is now 14.but while in his care she has been raped by his uncle and molested by his granddad..this has caused serious trauma for her.this happened to her when she was 8 yrs old.of course i didn't find out until late late that night and they lived 4 hours away from me which they were supposed to stay closer to me but didn't.anyways at this time he was married.ok now hes divorced and doesn't and hasn't spent anytime with her.she causes alot of trouble at home and at school and has even assaulted her grandma and her teachers at school...so now shes been in juvinile for almost a month and he has yet to go and see her he won't even show up at her court dates.he has questioned me rather she is his r not..and ever sense he has had custody of her i was and am called every name in the book around my kids we do have 2 kids,we also have a 17 yr old boy whom no longer lives with him cause he beat our son up.my daughter wants to live with me and let me add this as well, she has lived with me for a while and again she misbehaved at school although she would do good at home with me but not at school..i am supposed to be paying child support but am behind due to finacial struggles, now don't get me wrong i am remarried and he has a job but we also have bills to pay.and i can't seem to get a job due to no transportation...my ex treats me as if i am not her mother and theres no communacation between us,i am going to see my daughter to morrow.anyways what i would like to know sense i am more stable than he is now,how can i get some legal help in maybe getting her back when i don't have no money?i wish somehow someone could help me.i love my daughter dearly and only want whats best for her..thanks teresa

What did you do when your child was raped/molested six years ago?

K-dar has also been activated.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.
