    What is the name of your state? New York
    What is the age for children in New York State to decide which parent they want to live with?

    Do NONE of you people who ask the same freakin' question over and over and over even BOTHER to search the board for an answer? Do you even bother to google to see what the LAW in your state says? Seriously - this question is asked MULTIPLE times every day - and the answer is always the same! Try to help yourselves a LITTLE bit already!

    CHILDREN do NOT get to choose.
    Parents should remember 3 things: Love your kids more than you hate your ex; when you have children the relationship with the other parent is until death; your children determine what type of nursing home you end up in.
