What are some different ways to prove PAS? If proven, do the courts look at it as an issue? We are afraid to ask the children any questions, but we can tell that they are being asked to spy and keep secrets. We do not want to ask questions and put them in the middle.

So many different factors in PAS. Your best bet is an internet search and read up on all of it. Then read up on your state's 'take' on it. There is a PAS backlash because it became one of the new 'It' terms in custody disputes, then there was a backslide....yadda yadda. Some of the PAS behaviors are simply typical in divorce and high conflict situations.

Glad you don't want to drag the kids into it. And, IMO, if you have nothing to hide- they won't have much to 'report' back on
