my husband and i aren't divorced yet. i can't afford a lawyer and he has no job. i need to know if there is any way that i can keep him from taking our daughter around his girlfriend. my husband (and her) told me that they do drugs around her 2 year old daughter, and i don't want my daughter around that. they do coke, pills, and smoke pot. i know that since we're still married, i can't keep her from him, but is there a way to ensure that when he has her that he isn't taking her to his girlfriend's house?
