my son's mother filed for custody and support in new mexico, now she has moved to texas and won't tell me where, yet the case in n.m. has a scheduled hearing and i want the venue changed to texas, where both of us now live. how can this be done? if i simply bring her move to the judges attention will she dismiss the case or allow a change of venue?
