Hello, My ex and I were divorced in 2002 and our decree makes no mention of the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines. Some thing are explicit, like she has legal and physical custody, every other weekend visitation, and holidays. But some are not, like transporting the kids to and from visitation, and activities on my weekends such as sports. My question is, are the Indiana Parenting Guidelines in effect for everything not specifically covered in our decree or not in effect at all since it is not even mentioned.
