What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IN

The Indiana Supreme Court is revising the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines. The proposed revisions look good and they are making most of the changes to eliminate the areas where parents were consistantly having problems interpreting the guidelines...and they got rid of the bad Christmas Break schedule and half and half schedule. I also found things in the proposed changes that are often discussed on these forums.

They are welcoming comments from the public on the changes. The website is here:

You can read the changes and comment on them. I am not sure how I feel about the new "parallel parenting" section for high conflict cases. I also worry about the cost of parenting coordinators in other cases, but all in all, it looks pretty good.
