marijuana issues so the courts did an investigation found in the child best interest to come with me and my husband for the school years in tennessee with family. we of course agreed to pay for all flights back in forth from tennessee to california for visitation is three times a here 2 months of summer vacation 5 days off spring break in 2 weeks of christmas now the other parent says that he/ she has multicentric castlmans disease and once more time with my son and is taking me to court for two more breaks during the year that he wants us of course us to pay for. the child's father Pays for nothing my son expresses his wish not to spend any MORE time with the other parent than he already does, I told him to tell his counselor at school what he feels and then maybe we can get a conference call going during mediation I just don't know what to do its bleeding us dry the other parent pays no child support and back and forth to California on the plane another 2 times is really bleeding us dry I would like to ask out can I get a change of venue we have been living in the state for 2 years now this is the child's home state I would assume but I think it is California because that is where we went to court . I was also wondering how I could possibly get a change of venue or jurisdiction, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you......Being bleddry
