What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Filed in GA for the divorce. Is joint legal custody correct or my best option. I'm a good father and shes leaving me just need to know what my options are and if $660 child support is the correct amount.

Joint legal is the norm, 660.00 child support may be correct, it all depends on your respective incomes. Its definitely not out of line with the average.

There is also joint physical. No one else can tell you if that child support amount is correct. Get a consult with an attorney.

Married? Have you been living with the child? Who was primary caregiver? If you have been the more involved caregiver, you also could file for primary custody.
