We have been to court on a custody matter and the Judge ruled. My question is if we feel the judge was unfair in her ruling because of many facts, is there anyting we can do? Can we go over her head? Can we request another Judge to look at the case? What can we do if the ruling was unjust?

You don't list a state.

You can file for an appeal and kick it to a higher court, which will review the judges decision and why the judge made the decision he did.

The appeals court has the authority to reverse the decision.

Just a warning - this can and probably will get expensive.

You can do a search for your state.

Type something like....

Missouri State Court of Appeals

This should give you a web page and contact information. I would suggest doing this one with a lawyer. Appeal cases are very hard to prove and I wouldn't want to go at it pro'se.

Good Luck!
