You just said it happened a couple weeks ago. Make up your mind

That speaks volumes

I took the post about letting the kids live in the car as sarcasm. What I was referring to is it is obvious, for whatever reason, you are not able to provide a safe and stable home for the children at the moment.

Maybe you need to knock the chip off your own shoulder and not do exactly what you accused me of.
I was homeless for 36hrs when I lost my kids n I provided a safe stable environment for 9yrs b4 this happen

If I erred on the timeline my apologies but in the end it doesn't really matter.

Apparently there is a judge who has refused to return your children to you. You have not been successful in your attempts to alter the status quo so it's time for a lawyer

Check into legal aid sources. In family law many states do provide attorneys for the indigent. Other than that if there is a law school near ask if they have a legal aid system that may be able to help you n

what you did before doesn't matter if you aren't or can't continue that today.
Have u watched the news for Colorado lately 4 kids in 2 yrs have died in foster care in pueblo Colorado. My brother died in foster care 30 yrs ago he died of internal bleeding and multiple contusions. My grandma hired an out if state lawyer and sued the stated the foster parents didn't spend a day in jail so im basically wasting my time asking ppl who defend and stand by a just them system cuz there is no justice its just us

I have a lawyer he don't know what to do he keeps trying to get them to see this case was already filed and dismissed three weeks before it was filed in a different country same state so there for my question us it double jeopardy

Well, that's not good.

That's not a nice way to respond to people who are trying to help you. If your current lawyer "ain't helpin you" and the volunteers here with extensive backgrounds cannot either; than maybe you should hire another lawyer who will see everything from your point of view and tell you what you want to hear.

If your attorney doesn't know what to do? You need a new competent attorney!

And yeah, what CPS has done is entirely legal.

The OP is trying to explain how terrible things are in Colorado in this sort of instance as a way to convince us that she's getting railroaded. However, it could also be that the same incompetence the OP is complaining about is what caused the first investigation to be resolved as it was. Perhaps the current county is righting a wrong. I suspect that it's more likely that CPS has found something more than the OP is telling us.

U have got to b kidding me right, its sarcasm and I think u ppl should reread my question because your answers are trying to prove a point that has already been proven wrong twice and now im sitting in limbo with the court while they find a reason any reason

The people of this forum aren't the nicest. Apparently, if you want help, you better expect some condemnation as well. That's just my personal experience.

This always intrigues me. So many people tell us that the judge really really liked them and couldn't understand why the matter was before them.

Yet as was stated, a simple stroke of the pen would put the matter to bed. Why then hasn't the judge acted, and thwarted the evil meanie meanies?

Could it.. could it possibly be....no. Surely not. It couldn't be that the nice judge didn't utter any such statement?

(And that, my friend, is sarcasm)

Was it a problem for you when the nice volunteers discussed your whole pedophile thing for several pages, and then you deleted it all in a huff?
