In C/S order, it states NCP to pay 50% of medical bills. Have never done so, as NCP has always said verbally could not afford. So, now have more than 3 years of bills - are these still payable? Court order doesn't give a time range.

what kind of bills from past 3 years? what exactly does the court order say? Have you asked ncp to pay? Did you send receipts to ncp of these medical bills?
