little sis in Tennessee needs help

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Tennessee

Need to know if I can get my 14y/o sis a lawyer. She is being forced to live with our father and stepmother, after our mom went to Canada for vaction. She left sis in my care during the vacation, I'm 26 and a mother by the way, mom has always had primary custody of all us kids. Dad found out mom was in Canada and came in my home while I was at work and took her. Packed her things and made her go home with him. He then put a restraining order on our mother, which is still in effect. Poor Leah, my sister, is having a hard time living with our father. Even before all this my 22 y/o brother and I haven't had anything to do with our father because of the way our stepmother treats all of us. I had to live there for a few weeks after I left my husband, and it was a NIGHTMARE. Stepmother is a mean, hateful woman. Mom can't afford an attorney at this point because everyone wants $2500 up front to start. Leah is begging me to get her help and get her the heck out of dads place. WHAT CAN SHE DO?

The only thing YOU can do is file breaking and entering charges against dear old dad.
