What is the name of your state?
I know , generally I can't get anything from him for the previos 3 years. But, is there an exeption to the rule here?
I'm just curios if there were any cases in the past when an attorney was able to get money for the months/years before a child support petition was filed based on a NCP parent having a good job all the time and lying that he doesn't work, for example, and his threats to kill if a CP goes to court.
is it worth to fight for?
