What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

There is a two year old child who's parents were never married. The baby was legitimized and the father's name is on the birth certificate and he plays an active part in the child's life. Since the child was born, he's been going to his father's house every week on Friday and returning home on Monday. There was no agreement for child support between the mother and the father because the father had him four days out of every week and provided everything for him including clothes, diapers, food, everything he needed when he was in his care and the boys mother did the same. Now, the mother is saying that her child isn't going to be coming back that much anymore and won't communicate with the father and get something set up as far as visitation. This is because her boyfriend will not allow her to contact him. If she tries to keep the child from the father but requests child support from him, what are his rights? What can he do? Can he demand to see his son?

He has the right to go through the courts to establish custody, visitation and child support.

Who are YOU in this situation?

if there is proof that she is keeping the child from him, such as statuses on facebook, is there anything that can be done?

no it is not the same, i'm asking for someone in my family. So keeping the information will help?
Don't know if it will hurt or help. (eta: It probably won't matter either way) Perhaps the involved party would be inclined to log on and ask for help?

This is a trivial point, but it could cause him problems in court. Friday to Monday is NOT 4 days out of every week. At the most its 3. Even if he had him from Friday morning until Monday evening its still not 4 days a week.
