mother trying to regain custody of daughter from her mother
i live in ohio. my mother has had custody of my four year old daughter for 2 years. my father had custody of her first because i was a minor when she was born so he had custody. my mom sued him for custody and he signed it over. i signed the paper agreeing for her to have temporary custody. now that my life is put together and i am ready to have her back she isn't willing to give up custody. what are my chances of being awarded custody if i sue her? what can i do?
