While I agree they are quite common the OP and her boyfriend have already been living together a year. I think the courts would look at mom and asked if she did not approve of this situation around her kids why did she wait so long to file. I dont think mom really has a good shot at getting it but like was said before you just never know.

hehe if we look at it that way then It's possible my kids will clean the whole house for me tomorrow just because they love me**************...but highly unlikely
