Justice, STOP posting. It's getting tiring cleaning up behind you.

You will NOTE that the GRANDPARENTS have custody. That clause there pertains to PARENTS.

In the case there is permanent custody already given, you have to show that there has been a SUBSTANTIAL change in circumstances in the CHILD'S life that would warrant a change of custody.
