non custodial parent is paying support on two different orders. one for my child and one for another child with another woman. my son is oldest, and my order is oldest. only she gets the first 20% and then my son get 20% of what is left. she has also been getting all income tax returns. we both went through child enforcement agency. i just recently found out where he is employed. shouldn't my son get first 20%? Non custodial parent owe almost 10000 in back support. I am in Illinois. I'm thinking about seeing an attorney, my son being 12 there is still 6 years, and then college. Any input would be welcome!!
