Need some Clarity

What is the name of your state? OREGON

I have a question concerning my court order on parenting time. I was overlooking it tonight and one section has me a little confused and I could use some clarity.
Under the section where it says Weekends it says: when the child is age 3, if friday is a holiday or a non attendance school day, regardless of whether or not the child is in school, the weekend shall start at 6pm thursady evening; if monday is a holiday or a non-attendance school day, the weekend shall end at 6pm monday evening.

Yet right below that we have a whole section that talks about summer/winter/spring vacation and holidays that take priority over the weekend schedule. The NCP won't have any vacation time till our kid is 5 years old.

So my question is this, is the weekend schedule also including summer vacations Example: It's july and summer vacation has started does the weekend schedule start thursady till monday evening since it's a non-attendance school day or is this schedule for just the school year. I thought it was for only the school year regardless if our kid is in pre-school or not but I could be wrong. This is probably a stupid question but I just want to make sure I'm understanding it correctly so I can follow it correctly.

You are wrong. During the summer the NCP can get the child/ren from Thursday evening until Monday evening.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.

Someone would have to be able to read the entire thing (including the holiday section) to give you any real opinion. You might get a consult with a local attorney to help you clarify what it means.
