Even if she IS using, she only sees the kids for a couple of hours every other week. If its not bad enough that there is any evidence she's using, how much damage could she possibly do in that short time?

You've been told at least a dozen times in your own thread. Step parents have absolutely no rights in the matter. NONE. The child is NOT a step parent's child.

You're wrong and the longer you keep on insisting on believing that you have some rights to the child, the longer it will be before you get your problems straightened out.

But it's NOT her problem. It's her husband's problem. I suppose that's the crux of both these matter, isn't it? :cool:
