out of state divorce

What is the name of your state? New Jersey
I was divorced in the state of Florida. I now live in New Jersey and am having a problem with my exwife. My daughter is 14 and is refusing to be with me and her brothers during my visitation. My ex and her mom are allowing her a choice. I need to request a court to stop this and also would like to have some type of counseling be demanded by the court for my daughter and son.I am lost at this time for what to do or WHERE to do it....

Does your ex still live in Florida? If so you will have to file contempt charges in the county in FL where she lives. She is violating your visitation order by not allowing you to see your child.

A helpful website:

Are your children old enough to know how to create a yahoo e-mail account for themselves that they can get to from home or at school, or even a local library? It's just another way to keep in touch.

So you're saying all of you live in NJ now, though all the paperwork (divorce, custody, visitation) are in FL?
