My husband was summons to appear at court some years ago. His ex was being sued for Child Abandonment on a child he was told that was his. He signed papers taking responsibility of the child in order to get custody of the child. Upon trial the judge ask for peternity testing and in came negative results. The state of Texas now has the child but my husband is continuing to have wages garnished from his checks every other week. What can we do to stop this action?
