What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
Does anyone know where i can find the laws about the termination of parental rights in pennsylvania? I've been searching through the forums and noticed a lot of posts about the fact that there has to be a step father willing to adopt for you to be able to request termination of rights. There is a step father involved in my case but i heard that we would have to pay to have him adopt our daughter, is that true? Also if someone could answer my questions from my last post that would be greatly appreciated!
