Hello my case is in Illinois and the father of my 3 kids has custody. He is not letting me have any contact with them at all. So I've been in court since July fighting for my rights. He hasn't shown up so the judge finally put out a body attachment. My question is this. What happens now? What if he still doesn't show up to court? What happens next? Please help!

You will have to be a squeaky wheel with the police. Otherwise, they are just going to put the warrant in the system and he won't get picked up unless he gets stopped for a speeding ticket or something like that.

I'm already on that. But what happens if he gets arrested, bonds out and then still doesn't show up?
