Oregon- Hubbies ex gfriend's brother was charged w/ malestation about 5 years ago on a child. The boy was about 14-15 when he was charged. Exgfriend, after having boy, lived w/ brother and mommy until boy was 4. We just found out that the brother was charged and convicted and isn't supposed to be around children at all. He is a registered sex offender. However, the exgfriend still allows her brother around the boy, now 5. She has also allowed him to babysit boy on one occasion that we know of. Would this be grounds for us to file AND win full custody of the child????????????
