Hi everyone...I have recently gone threw a custody battle and I was wondering if anyone would know where I can find information on the rights and responsibilities of a noncustodial parent and a custodial parent. What I am looking for is information pertaining to how far the battle lines can be pushed and who can do what legally. Thanks..Tammie:p :p

your battle lines can only be pushed as far as what your personal final custody and visitation orders say. If someone doesnt follow thier order they are considered in contempt.

It is up to the individul person to decide what battles are worth fighting.......
