How are you getting your daughter back, physically?
Registered all of my paperwork from Oregon with State of New York. Part of the paperwork requires her to appear if granted. If she doesn't appear then a warrant will be posted there. I also have Contempt of court granted and hearing set in Oregon so if she fails to appear there she'll also be arrested. And once papers are registered in New York i'm flying out with all paperwork and getting her from school. Already have school and person of contact information there. Once registered ill contact the school with all applicable forms regarding plans and scheduling. Then fly out and bring home

Finally

How are you getting your daughter back, physically?
UPDATE:: Cornered her with filing the registration paperwork for New York. Faxed all papers to school which says she isnt allowed to even pick her up from school. That raised red flags with principal since principal knew they were living in motel. Principal called CPS due to circumstances surrounding my paperworks school related restrictions. CPS showed up with sheriff's and called me. Have standing agreement with sheriff's and CPS now. Payed for two tickets to Oregon from New York for them both and arranged for daughter's mother to have clean and sober housing upon arrival. They leave Friday and will be escorted by Sheriff's. I chose not to have her arrested to show my daughter that what her mother has been telling her for reason they left isn't true. Now she'll see the truth through actions and her mother will have to deal with that herself. Have direct line contact with CPS to notify when they leave and arrive. Thank you everyone
