i live in northern virginia and signed an agreed upon order of visitation under duress. my attorney knew i didnt agree and his attorney knew i didn't agree. i tried to talk to them and was told the judge had already told them this was how it was going to be. after court i called other lawyers and found out that because i signed the order there wasn't anything i could do. does anyone have any information on how to reopen this case so that i can be heard by the judge?
