In a month my ex will be having our baby. It may be easier if i signed over my parental rights to her. Can i do this? If so will i still have to pay child support? How do i go about doing this?

You can sign off on your rights, but you will also still be held liable for supporting your child until such time as your ex finds a man to marry that is willing to be a man and raise the child as his.
It prevents the state from having to support your child... most states have illigitimacy laws..
